Our founder Shuwel Ahmed built ACG, in parallel to an international career in healthcare spanning across Europe and Asia.
Through setting up systems and processes, together with a strong team of partners and the support of an international cohort of investors, ACG has grown 10x since 2019, with assets under management (AUM) of more than $7m+ and growing.
What started as a single investment, now spans a portfolio in the South East of England, across 30+ units and 4 different real estate investment classes, from commercial, to residential, apartment blocks and family homes.
Most importantly, ACG provides much needed accommodation to key workers in healthcare, a demand Shuwel observed across the world in his career, ultimately serving to improve the local community in which they invest.
ACG also proudly supports causes in education and social mobility, by funding ‘Pupils to Professionals’, an initiative that provides workshops, mentoring and work experiences to underprivileged students around the world.
